John Wall is always full of emotion. He plays with his emotions on his sleeve. It’s what drives him into being the player he is today.
When he stood on the scorer’s table basking in the glory, proclaiming the ‘City is Mines’ like Jay-Z’s song, it was all genuine and all touching. It played up to the moment of situation. He had just sank the biggest shot of his career thus far. He forced a Game 7 with a clutch deep three.
However that did not halt his teammate Bradley Beal from having a golden reaction when he learned of Wall’s actions.
The two were doing their postgame press conference. When the reporter asks about Wall’s thoughts on that moment, Beal reacted in disbelief.
Wall giggled and said, “I told you that”
Beal just shook his head.
It’s apparent who is the emotional one and who is the more calm subtle one who takes it’s business as usual approach. Don’t change guys.
