Bradley Beal set social media and the Palace of Auburn Hills ablaze after his thunderous poster dunk to seal the Washington Wizards’ 105-101 win over the Detroit Pistons. It was Detroit’s last game in the facility it spent 30 seasons in as they will move to downtown Detroit next season.
With the game close in the fourth quarter in the waning moments, Beal got a lane and then flushed over Tobias Harris and a trailing Stanley Johnson, figuratively burying the Palace of Auburn Hills in the process.

In the aftermath, someone went ahead and altered The Palace of Auburn Hills’ Wikipedia page in an appropriate ploy. Momentarily, the Wikipedia page listed Bradley Beal as the owner of the arena.
Pretty hilarious gesture considering Beal gave the arena a lasting farewell.
