Marchand appeared to have a clear look for a much needed goal for the Atlantic division, but Holtby snatched the puck from mid-air from the doorstep. Marchand could only shake his head in disbelief.
Holtby’s save helped the Metropolitan division advance to the Finals against the Pacific division, which the Metro eventually won. Holtby followed up the great save with a clean 10-minute session in the finals to preserve the crown for the Metro.
